今回は当店で使用しているスパイスの１つ、ターメリック（ウコン）の紹介です✨

ターメリックとは、ウコンの地下茎を乾燥した香辛料のこと。
黄色色素を含み、カレー粉・たくあん漬などの着色料としても使用されています。

そんなターメリック（ウコン）には、鎮痛効果、肝臓機能の回復（二日酔い）、健胃作用、動脈硬化の予防、ガンの抑制といった嬉しい効果が期待できます😊

This time, I would like to introduce one of the spices we use in our shop, turmeric.
It contains a yellow pigment and is also used as a coloring agent for curry powder and takuan pickles.
